2 pounds of chicken drummettes or wings

Kansas City rub seasoning

Tabasco

Kosher Salt

1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce

1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Thick Sauce - Buffalo "N" Ranch Blend

3 tbls. butter

1/8 cup mustard

Preheat grill to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Let grill heat up for at least 15-20 mins with closed lid. During this time dry wings with paper towels the sprinkle generously with Tabasco and then Kansas City Rub and salt - coat both sides of wings well. Grill for 20 minutes then coat wings with Frank's Red Hot Sauce, flip wings and coat remaining side with sauce and grill for an additional 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175-180 Degrees Fahrenheit. While the wings are cooking the last 20-25 minutes - Mix both Buffalo sauces, mustard and butter and heat on stovetop. When wings reach the correct internal temperature remove wings from grill place in a bowl and pour the heated buffalo sauce mixture on top of wings and coat well. Place wings back on grill for another 15-20 minutes to set the sauce. Serve with your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing and Edamame or cut up veggies. EnJoy!!
