Roasted Broccoli & Pecans

  • 1 cup Broccoli (cut in florets)

  • 1 tsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/2 tsp - Pecan oil - (if you don't have or want to use Pecan oil then use 1 1/2 tsp of the olive oil)

  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper

  • 1 1/3 tbls - Pecans (chopped)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the broccoli florets on the baking sheet and season with the oils, Sea Salt and Pepper, the pecans and mix well. Cook the broccoli in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, toss the mixture and cook an additional 10 minutes or more until the broccoli is slightly browned. I then turn on the broiler on high and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
