Banana Bread

SERVES 10
INGREDIENTS
4-5 big Bananas (1 extra for garnish if desired).
1 Cup of Creamy of Crunchy peanut butter
2 cups Oats
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips - Lily's Baking Chips (extra for garnish if needed)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat over to 350. Grease loaf pan (I usually coconut oil spray).
Add peeled bananas, oats, and peanut butter to blender. Mix thoroughly but not so it's overly smooth. I still leave it so the oats are visible.
After blending, hand stir in chocolate chips until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into loaf pan, garnish with thinly slices bananas and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-35 minutes (be sure toothpick comes out clean).
Great served warm! Store leftovers in fridge.
