  • 1 pound Fresh Alaskan Salmon Filet

  • 1 - Lemon sliced

  • Butter

  • Fresh Dill

  • Old Bay Seasoning

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Olive Oil

  • Cayenne Pepper (optional)

  • Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease glass Pan with Olive oil. Sprinkle the Smoked Paprika, Old Bay Seasoning and the Cayenne Pepper and Sea Salt over file, coating filet. Place Fresh Dill on top of seasoned filets, then place pats of butter (around 4-5) to cover the dill. Squeeze one of the slices of lemon to spread the juice over the filet, then take remaining Slices and place over the butter pressing down to secure the lemon slices on top of the butter.

Cover the pan with foil leaving two of the corners slightly pulled back. Bake for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes turn the broiler on High. Remove the pan and remove foil, place pan back in oven under the broiler for 7-12 minutes watching so it does not burn the fish until the desired "wellness" is achieved.

Add a dollop of Sour Cream for a finishing touch if desired.

Bon Appetit
